2. Using our website

We take care to describe and display our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements may vary slightly. Size charts are provided as a guide. All products are subject to availability.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery within the UK is free. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, and payment is taken when you place your order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders

After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This is not an acceptance of your order. A contract between you and us is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or if we suspect fraudulent activity, in which case we will refund you in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they are delivered to the address you provided.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You may cancel your order or return items as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

8. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and promotions are subject to the conditions stated with them, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time. Only one discount code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.

If you submit a review or other content, you confirm that it is your own, honest opinion and does not contain anything unlawful or offensive. You give us permission to display it on our website and marketing channels.
